These Terms apply to games provided by DNAi inc. through games.done4.me and related DNAi native applications. Each game's description identifies its features, supported platforms and any applicable pricing. By selecting Agree in a game, you accept these Terms and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not begin using the game. Use games lawfully, through their intended controls. Do not misuse services, interfere with another person's access, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute our application assets without permission.
DNAi inc. and the credited contributors retain their respective rights in game code, artwork, music and other content. You may play the game as offered. Third-party notices and applicable licenses are available in each game's Credits. These Terms do not replace those licenses or rights granted by applicable law. They do not grant redistribution rights to DNAiG or other private development libraries.
Game progress and settings may be stored on your device. Removing application or browser data, replacing a device, or certain platform changes may remove that progress. Features and support may change. We will identify material changes in the relevant game's information or notices. No feature requires you to make a purchase unless it is clearly offered as such.
Where a game offers payment or purchases, its displayed offer and the applicable platform's purchase and refund process apply. DNConnectDot's current launch model is free, without advertising or in-app purchases. These Terms do not authorize adding monetization to a game without a disclosed offer.
Our shared Privacy Policy describes information handling and support contact practices. Accepting these Terms is not permission for advertising tracking or other optional data collection. Where separate permission or consent is required, it must be requested separately.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights, remedies, refund rights, or protections that apply to you. Any limitation must remain subject to applicable law. Contact app@dnai.ca with questions or problems so we can try to resolve them.
We may update these Terms with a published effective date and appropriate notice of material changes. Ordinary game launches do not require repeating acceptance of unchanged Terms. Contact DNAi inc. at app@dnai.ca for support or questions about these Terms.
