Game privacy
This shared notice is published by DNAi inc. for its games and support services on games.done4.me. Contact app@dnai.ca with privacy questions.
DNConnectDot
DNConnectDot is free to play without a game account or purchases. Progress, language, layout, sound and haptic preferences, and your first-launch policy acceptance are stored on your device. The game does not send these progress records to DNAi inc.
New ad-enabled releases may display a compact Google banner. Native iPhone/iPad and Android apps use Google AdMob; the web game uses Google AdSense when advertising is enabled. Earlier ad-free versions do not contain these advertising features. Ads may be unavailable while Google reviews an app or site, when offline, or when the required privacy choices do not permit requests.
Advertising and privacy choices
We request non-personalized ads with child-restricted treatment for everyone. The native apps additionally request Google's general-audience content rating. These settings restrict ad personalization; they do not eliminate all data processing by Google.
Google's advertising services may receive your IP address (which can indicate an approximate location), ad views and interactions, device or app identifiers, and performance or crash information. This information supports ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Google's mobile SDK sends collected data using encryption in transit. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google advertising information for its handling and retention practices.
The Android build removes the advertising-ID permission and the Android AdServices advertising, topics and attribution permissions. The Apple build does not request cross-app tracking permission, and disables Google's publisher first-party ID in its conservative audience configuration. These measures do not rule out every other app or device identifier used by Google's SDK.
Where advertising consent is required, Google's consent interface is separate from accepting our Terms of Service or acknowledging this privacy notice. The game must remain playable when advertising consent is unavailable or declined. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, use Ad privacy in Options to revisit your choice. For the web game, the required Google-certified consent setup must be available before Google ad requests are enabled.
Local game data
Removing the app normally removes local data. Operating-system backups may retain or restore app data under your device settings. The web version uses browser storage and can lose progress when that storage is cleared. Advertising providers may store their own consent choices or technical identifiers separately from game progress.
Other games
Game-specific data practices must be assessed separately. DNConnectDot's locally stored progress is not a claim that every game uses identical services. This page will identify material differences before games requiring additional data collection are submitted to stores.
The games website
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Requests expose technical connection information such as IP address and requested URL to the hosting service. Website hosting and third-party services are separate from data stored locally by a native game.
Support email
If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to send. Support mail is hosted by Google Workspace. We use it to respond to your request and protect or establish relevant legal rights. You can request deletion by emailing app@dnai.ca. We retain support information only while necessary to handle the request, maintain relevant records, or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the request rather than a fixed period. We review whether continued retention is necessary and remove information when it is no longer needed.
